Over a 29-year career spanning both technology provider roles (AWS, Oracle, Dell) and enterprise decision-maker positions (JPMorgan Chase, Truist, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One), Chandra has driven enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI and risk transformations under active regulatory scrutiny.

Most recently, he served as Firmwide Head of GenAI & Analytics at Truist, and previously as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, where he sat on the firmwide Applied Commercial Intelligence Council shaping AI strategy.

In these roles, he moved beyond AI experimentation to operationalize it across regulated functions, engaging directly with Boards, auditors, and regulators.

A rare leader who blends elite engineering with business leadership, Satya is an IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore alumnus with 30+ years of experience and 8+ patents and publications to his name — with a track record of building products from the silicon up and leading the global organizations that ship them.

He is currently Founder and CEO of Nouveau Labs. Previously, he served as Head of Engineering and Site Leader at ShoreTel, where he scaled global engineering operations. Earlier in his career at Motorola, he pioneered “first-in-the-world” technologies that shaped the next generation of mobile and embedded systems.

At Coded Destiny, he leads Technology, Products, and Operations — translating the firm's enterprise AI philosophy into solutions that earn immediate adoption and deliver sustained, compounding value.
